BRIGHTENING the gloom as we wait for spring are two Window Wanderland events.
Residents in Bishopston, where the idea of lighting up windows for a free community event originated, and in the Chandos neighbourhood are all set for illuminated displays at the start of this month. The festival has the theme of Hope and offered a free downloadable template of birds for anyone needing inspiration.
The Bishopston event is on February 27, February 28, and March 1 from 6-9pm while the Chandos one is on the Saturday and Sunday during the same hours.
