Author and campaigner Jonathon Porritt is coming to Bristol this month to share stories from the UK’s young climate campaigners
Porritt’s recent book Love, Anger & Betrayal explores the courage, conviction and controversy surrounding green activists. It tells the story of 26 young Just Stop Oil protesters and their urgent call for change.
During the free event at the Trinity Centre in Trinity Road on Tuesday May 5 at 7pm, the environmentalist will invites his audience to reflect on what drives a generation to risk arrest in pursuit of climate justice .
The event will include a talk, Q&A, and book signing.
